ROAD
West Wyalong lies on the Newell Highway, the major inland north-south highway in New South Wales.

It is also on the crossroad of the Mid-Western Highway - east to Bathurst and Sydney, and west to Mildura and Adelaide.

Being a good day's drive from either Melbourne/Adelaide or Brisbane/Sydney, it is a popular place to stop overnight and refresh.

Good country roads also lead directly south-east to Young, Yass and Canberra.
